Job description
Backend Developer (3–6 years) – Gurgaon (onsite)
We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong full stack and NodeJS expertise to build and scale the RTR platform for wealth management operations. You will work on high-volume financial transaction processing, real-time reconciliation engines, and regulatory reporting pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable microservices for the RTR platform using node js
Build real-time reconciliation engines that match transaction data across AMCs, RTAs (CAMS/KFintech), exchanges, and internal systems.
Develop regulatory reporting modules: SEBI reports, AMFI NAV uploads, tax computation (LTCG/STCG), and client statement generation.
Integrate with BSE StarMF, NSE NMF-II, CAMS, KFintech, CKYC, Account Aggregator, UPI, NACH, and NPCI.
Implement idempotent, fault-tolerant transaction processing with at-least-once/exactly-once delivery guarantees.
Build observability into every service: structured logging (ELK), distributed tracing, and alerting dashboards (Grafana/Prometheus).
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests; maintain high coverage on financial computation modules.
Collaborate with architects on database design (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and API contracts.
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of backend development experience with strong NodeJS proficiency.
Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, and distributed systems patterns.
Strong SQL skills (Oracle / PostgreSQL /MySQL); ability to write and optimise complex financial queries.
Experience with REST API design, OAuth 2.0 / JWT, and API security.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions).
Understanding of financial transaction concepts: NAV, SIP, STP, SWP, redemption, switch, and corporate actions.
B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent.
