Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer portfolio to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products and services
  • Achieve sales targets for deposit products, credit facilities, and ancillary services
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide personalized financial advisory services
  • Process account opening, maintenance, and closure requests in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
  • Cross-sell banking products including investment, insurance, and wealth management solutions
  • Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records and documentation
  • Participate in branch activities and promotional campaigns to enhance customer acquisition
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints promptly

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to undergo training and professional development
