About the role:

1. Purpose of the role to Support the Regional Quality Centre in driving consistent Quality, Food Safety, compliance, and continuous improvement standards across manufacturing sites within the region.

The role will partner with Unit Quality teams, Regional Quality leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and manage Quality risks, improve regional Quality performance, standardise ways of working, drive scalable solutions, and build Quality capability across sites in the region.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Regional Quality Governance

  • Support implementation and governance of Quality and Food Safety standards across assigned manufacturing sites.
  • Monitor and review site Quality performance against defined regional KPIs, standards, and objectives.
  • Support periodic Quality performance reviews with Unit Quality and manufacturing leadership teams.
  • Support deployment of Regional and Corporate Quality initiatives at site level.

B. Quality Performance & Data Analytics

  • Analyse regional Quality data, consumer complaints, deviations, audit findings, process performance, and Quality KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate dashboards, reports, and management summaries for Regional Quality reviews.
  • Use data and trend analysis to identify emerging risks and prioritise improvement opportunities.
  • Track Quality improvement plans and evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of actions.

C. Problem Solving, RCA & CAPA

  • Support and lead investigations of significant or recurring Quality issues across manufacturing sites.
  • Facilitate structured problem-solving using appropriate tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, DMAIC, Pareto, and CAPA.
  • Review CAPA effectiveness and challenge inadequate or ineffective actions.
  • Identify opportunities to replicate successful corrective actions across other sites.

D. Quality Systems, Food Safety & Compliance

  • Support implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
  • Provide guidance to Unit Quality teams on Quality standards, procedures, regulatory requirements, and system expectations.
  • Support internal, external, certification, customer, and corporate Quality audits.
  • Monitor audit findings, action plans, closure, and effectiveness.
  • Support Management of Change, risk assessment, deviation management, and Quality incident processes.
  • Identify systemic compliance gaps and drive regional improvement actions.

E. Site Support & Quality Improvement

  • Conduct periodic Quality assessments and site visits to evaluate Quality system effectiveness and implementation.
  • Support sites in improving Quality maturity and capability.

F. Consumer & Market Quality

  • Support investigation and resolution of significant market and consumer Quality complaints.
  • Analyse market/retail Quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and potential systemic risks.
  • Ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented for market Quality issues.
