Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with ARCON Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementation and administration.
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts and best practices.
- Experience onboarding Windows, Linux/Unix servers, databases, and network devices.
- Knowledge of password vaulting, session management, privileged session monitoring, and access workflows.
- Experience integrating PAM with:
- Active Directory (AD)
- LDAP
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- SIEM tools
- Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols such as SSH, RDP, HTTPS, and SNMP.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and administer ARCON PAM solutions in enterprise environments.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain ARCON PAM components.
- Onboard privileged accounts, servers, databases, network devices, and applications into ARCON PAM.
- Configure password vaulting, credential rotation, session monitoring, and privileged session recording.
- Integrate ARCON PAM with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SIEM, and ticketing systems.
- Develop and maintain onboarding procedures, policies, and technical documentation.
- Perform health checks, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to privileged access management.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams for PAM deployment and governance.
- Participate in PAM migration, enhancement, and optimization projects.
