Tetriz is an AI Engineering Intelligence platform that helps engineering organizations become AI-native, faster. We measure how AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot are actually used, improve engineer effectiveness through prompt and workflow coaching, and help engineering leaders demonstrate AI ROI with board-ready, defensible insights.
You'll be joining at an exciting stage of our journey, working alongside experienced engineers to build AI-native products used by engineering teams. From day one, you'll contribute to real product development, ship production code, and build with the latest AI technologies.
What you'll work on
  • Build and ship real product features.
  • Work with LLMs, APIs, and backend systems.
  • Contribute to developer tooling and AI-powered workflows.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and problem-solving.
  • Ship fast, iterate quickly, and continuously improve what you build.
What we're looking for
  • Actively uses AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar in personal or academic projects.
  • A GitHub profile that reflects genuine curiosity, initiative, and a habit of building.
  • At least one meaningful project outside of coursework.
  • Strong programming fundamentals in a backend or full-stack language (Python, Go, Node.js, etc.).
  • The ability to learn independently, solve unfamiliar problems, and figure things out.
  • A self-directed builder who doesn't wait to be told what to do next.
Strong signals
  • AI-powered projects or developer tools.
  • Experience building APIs, backend systems, or SaaS products.
  • Open-source contributions or hackathons.
  • Startup internships or side projects.
  • A public GitHub with meaningful commits.
