AI-Assisted Sales Manager

mytribe is hiring an AI-Assisted Sales Manager in Bengaluru to own the full sales cycle on India's AI-powered service marketplace. You'll orchestrate AI agents that handle research, follow-ups, and data — and focus on the human side: relationships, trust, and closing.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and service providers, building trust that leads to repeat business.
• Use empathy to identify and solve hidden problems in high-value transactions.
• Sell with an AI copilot at every step.

Ideal candidate: Extreme user empathy, good IQ and reading comprehension, confidence and charisma. No prior experience required.

Compensation: ₹30,000/month during 2-month probation, ₹4.2 LPA base + up to ₹50,000/year variable post-probation. Future leaders get more responsibility, pay, and equity.
