Key Responsibilities
Operating System Deployment
- Design, maintain and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 imaging solutions.
- Build and manage gold images for enterprise endpoints.
- Create, modify and maintain SCCM Task Sequences.
- Manage driver packages and hardware model onboarding.
- Support OS refresh and migration projects.
Endpoint Management
- Manage device deployment using:
- SCCM (MECM)
- PDQ SmartDeploy
- PDQ Connect
- Microsoft Intune
- Windows Autopilot
- Configure endpoint policies and deployment standards.
