Account Executive

Role description

Senior Account Executive drives sales and manages key client accounts. Senior Account Executive build and maintain strong client relationships, lead negotiations, and strategize to meet revenue goals. This role involves overseeing account performance, solving complex client issues, and mentoring junior staff to achieve company objectives.

Overview

As a Senior Account Executive in Finance, you will manage key financial operations, including taxation, payroll, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You’ll ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain adherence to GST, EPF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws, while also overseeing banking transactions and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

Manage and process payroll, including salary slips, GST, EPF, ESIC, and PT records. Ensure compliance with TDS rules and Labour Laws, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Oversee and conduct financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve complex payroll and tax issues. Lead audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Mentor junior staff, providing guidance on financial management and compliance.

Requirements

Strong understanding of finance, taxation, payroll, and banking operations. Proficiency in managing GST, EPF, ESIC, PT, and TDS compliance. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of Labour Laws and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills.
