Dynatrace Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the Dynatrace monitoring platform.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace components.
- Configure monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and reports.
- Troubleshoot application and infrastructure performance issues.
- Perform incident management and root cause analysis.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest permanent fixes.
- Develop automation scripts using Python or Shell scripting.
- Manage monitoring for Linux, Unix, Windows, applications, and middleware.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
