Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Content Moderation(Copy Write Operation).

to manage a team responsible for content review, copyright enforcement, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong people management capabilities, operational expertise, and hands-on experience in content moderation and copyright-related workflows.

Key Skills Required

• Content Moderation and Team Management experience.
• Strong understanding of Community Guidelines, Content Policies, and Legal Compliance.
• Hands-on experience in Copyright Review, Intellectual Property (IP) Rights, Copyright Claims, Disputes, Appeals, and Fair Use Policies.
• Experience handling sensitive, graphic, and policy-violative content.
• Knowledge of Content ID, Copyright Match, and Automated Moderation Tools.
• Ability to manage operational KPIs including AHT, Quality, SLA, Productivity, and Shrinkage.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of content moderators to achieve quality and productivity targets.
• Review and evaluate video, audio, image, and text content for copyright and policy compliance.
• Handle copyright claims, disputes, appeals, counter-notifications, strikes, and content removal requests.
• Manage Content ID and copyright enforcement tools to resolve escalations effectively.
• Ensure adherence to community guidelines, legal requirements, and platform policies.
• Monitor team performance and drive improvements through coaching and mentoring.
• Conduct RCA, performance reviews, and action planning to improve operational metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence and business deliverables.
• Support content licensing, rights management, monetization reviews, and fair-use assessments.

• Experience in Copyright Operations, Rights Management, or Intellectual Property Review.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume content review environment.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 25 months of experience in Content Moderation, Copyright Operations, Trust & Safety, or related domains.
• Prior experience managing teams and delivering operational KPIs is mandatory.
• Explicitly highlighted Content Moderation, Copyright Operations, IP Rights, Content ID, and Fair Use skills.
• Kept the JD concise and suitable for job portals, LinkedIn, and internal hiring requirements.
