Job Description:
Responsibilities
Advise clients on partnership, corporate, individual, trust, and estate tax matters across a variety of engagements.
Support engagement planning activities by defining tax service scope, objectives, and methodologies while collaborating closely with client management teams.
Oversee the calculation, analysis, and delivery of tax planning strategies and recommendations for clients.
Review and manage preparation of federal, state, local, and international tax returns, estimated payments, and extensions.
Monitor and apply U.S. tax laws and regulations relevant to client engagements and tax compliance activities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, networking, and business development support.
Lead, mentor, and supervise Tax Seniors and Staff through coaching, collaboration, and performance guidance.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and support operational efficiencies.
Manage multiple client engagements and priorities while ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion.
Support continuous learning and technical development across the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field required. EA / CPA/ CA Mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of experience in U.S. Taxation required.
Previous experience within a public accounting or professional services environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of partnership, corporate, and individual taxation.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring team members preferred.
Experience working with large, multi-state, or internationally active middle-market clients preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative team environments.
Flexibility to support additional hours during peak engagement periods as needed.
