Job description
Own and lead the end-to-end development and production of Global Delivery Centre (GDC) Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs), coordinating inputs from regional and functional stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate and executive-ready content. Partner with wider team to translate complex performance, financial, delivery and workforce data into clear narratives, insights and recommendations that support senior leadership decision-making. Lead quality assurance across all QPR materials, validating metrics, trends, commentary and supporting evidence to ensure consistency, accuracy and credibility before executive review. Continuously improve QPR content, structure and storytelling, incorporating executive feedback and evolving business priorities to ensure reports remain relevant, actionable and aligned to leadership requirements. Develop and implement automation solutions, standardised reporting processes and self-service capabilities that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency and increase scalability across quarterly reporting cycles. Establish reporting governance and operational rhythms to improve data quality, enhance accountability and ensure sustainable delivery of performance reporting outputs, working closely with senior leads of GDC and HR teams.
- Advanced data analysis, reporting and visualisation skills using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI (desirable) and other reporting automation technologies. Experience of leveraging AI tools and techniques to drive efficiency
- Experience developing executive-level performance reviews, business reviews, QPRs or board/leadership reporting materials.
- Ability to transform complex operational, financial and performance data into concise, actionable executive insights and narratives. Strong PowerPoint / document creation skills for clean, professional, executive-ready materials.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Strong time management and prioritisation, especially when balancing multiple requirements and closing priority actions on time.
- Experience identifying, implementing and optimising automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.
