LEAD ADMINISTRATOR L1(CONTRACT)

In this role, you will:

v In depth experience (10+ years) on Enterprise Storage Management with good experience in design, planning and implementation of Storage solutions at Enterprise scale.
v Working Experience in handling and troubleshooting Storage Products such as Dell VMAX-3, PMAX, Pure and HPE Storage.
v Experience in implementing Time Finder Snap/Clone and remote replication using SRDF/S, A & AR at the Symmetrix PowerMax, & VMAX
v Working Experience on Cisco and Brocade Switches administration (Broadcom/brocade Director Class switches), troubleshooting and performance analysis,
v Detailed knowledge on DCNM, NDFC, VSAN’s, ISL, NPIV, Logical Fabrics / LSAN’s / Context Switching, SANNAV, FOS, ACS-Gateway, Unisphere, & Pure1(Optional).
v Demonstrate analytical and problem management skills.
v Able to handle crisis calls for any Production Issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner to recover services and reduce the RTO & able to work in 24*7 environment along with providing on call support and support on weekends.
v Pro-active person who anticipates issues, conflicts, problems and puts into place effective strategies to manage these Act as the highest level of technical escalation for production issues encountered and Provide assistance in reviewing performance and provide solution/resolution.

To be successful in this role, should meet the following requirements:   
v In depth experience on Enterprise Block Storage Management.

v Hands-on experience on Block Storage EMC (VMAX, PMAX, XTREMIO) / Pure / HPE/Cisco and Brocade.

v In depth understanding on Fiber Channel and IP Network concepts such as VLAN, Trunking, IP addressing and routing, etc.

v Added advantage: Understanding of VMware infrastructure specifically datastore provisioning and configuration.
v Understand procedures to ensure consistent storage provisioning, uptime, regulatory compliance, and data protection.

v Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting performance Issues on the Infrastructure with good understanding of various technologies in the Data flow for faster diagnosis of problems.
