JDE SCM Consultant (6+ years) – India (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced JDE SCM Consultant to provide functional expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne SCM and Manufacturing modules. You will configure and support complex manufacturing business processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne SCM/Manufacturing modules with strong hands-on experience in manufacturing business processes.
Configure and support Manufacturing, Shop Floor Management, Product Data Management, Inventory Management, and Requirements Planning (MRP/MPS/DRP) processes.
Work extensively on Bills of Material (BOM), routings, work centers, work orders, production scheduling, material issues, completions, and shop-floor execution.
Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and translate manufacturing requirements into effective JDE solutions.
Support implementations, enhancements, testing, production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis, working closely with technical/development teams.
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, planning, procurement, inventory, and business stakeholders to improve production planning and operational efficiency.
Support integrations and end-to-end processes across Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Sales Order Management, and Finance.
Prepare functional documentation and provide user training and knowledge transfer to business teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne SCM and Manufacturing modules.
Strong hands-on configuration experience in Shop Floor Management, PDM, Inventory Management, and MRP/MPS/DRP.
In-depth knowledge of Bills of Material (BOM), routings, work orders, and shop-floor execution.
Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and preparing functional specifications.
Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST) in a long-term contract role.
