Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Growth Delivery: Achieve annual sales targets with a focus on sustainable growth, product upgradation, and NPI penetration.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CV surgeons, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
  • Territory Ownership: Ensure extensive coverage of assigned hospitals and execute account-specific strategies.
  • Clinical & Technical Support: Support surgeries (CIS) and provide in-depth product and procedural guidance.
  • KOL & Engagement Programs: Plan and execute value-based MDA/ProfEd initiatives to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Competitive Strategy: Conduct competition mapping and implement conversion strategies.
  • Channel Management & Reporting: Manage distributors effectively and ensure timely reporting and compliance.

Success Drivers

  • Strong CV procedural knowledge and understanding of suture applications
  • High KOL influence & relationship strength
  • Ability to drive conversion-led selling in key accounts
  • Execution of structured engagement programs (MDA/ProfEd)

Candidate Profile

  • 4-8 years in Medical Devices / Pharma sales
  • Background in Science/Engineering (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales delivery & key account management

  • Strong communication and multitasking ability

Operating Context
