Impact Delivered by the Role: Using HCWW, multimodal workflows and content libraries, deliver shippable content that
Demonstrates highest technical and creative quality in visual storytelling Establishes high standards for both time and budget efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the building of multimodal workflows and content libraries Ongoing testing of new models as they are delivered, and working with our model provider partners to stress test and report issues about problem areas like continuity / object persistence, skin, emotional expression, gesture, fast action, physics, lighting, animation / stylization, etc. Prototype high-control ways of working (HCWW) with GenAI: 3D pipelines, video-to-video pipelines, storyboard-to-video, concept sketch to image, etc Use cases and requirements for HCWW workflows and pipelines Build 2D and 3D input libraries (animations, camera moves, lighting)
Use 3D tools to build (and/or purchase and test), 3D animation, camera, and lighting libraries
Leverage Comet to retrieve usable video-to-video clips from our archive
Define the shooting templates and direct input footage shoots of clean, well-defined dramatic and action choreography of a variety of Indian character archetypes (casting, etc. to be done by appropriate folks in India), stack ranked by utility in our productions
Review and validate / update our film language definitions (camera, lighting, directing / choreography, etc.) so that it is uniform and we can reliably map it to each model’s nuances, and also have a guidebook for our prompt artists to learn the right language (which through prompt tuning skills and agents we behind-the-scenes reliably map onto each model’s expression of those terms)
Work with the model providers to determine how to achieve direction that the models can’t yet understand at the level of a pro film crew (in the correct terminology) by getting the model providers to provide mappings from “poetic” descriptions onto proper terminology ; validate these and work with engineering and model providers to set up a pipeline for updating them as the models change
