Customer Success Intern

Support how we deliver In-App and Voice AI Agents for BFSI customers, alongside the FDE team. We're looking for a Customer Success Intern to support how we deliver and manage RevRag AI's In-App and Voice AI Agents for our BFSI customers. You won't own customer accounts directly, you'll shadow the team, help manage timelines and deliverables, and help ensure customers have a smooth experience. You'll work closely with the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team to make sure high-quality agents are delivered, help monitor and improve agent quality, and build the internal SOPs and checklists that make delivery repeatable. It's a hands-on role where you'll learn how enterprise BFSI customers adopt AI.
